Terms and Conditions

Welcome to R.G. Hypnotherapy. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully. 

1. Payment for Individual Sessions

• Payment for individual sessions is due at the end of each session.
• All payments for individual sessions are non-refundable. Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Payment for Session Packages

• Payment for session packages is due in full at the end of the first session.
• If a payment plan is required, arrangements must be made prior to or at the time of the first session.

3. Payment Plans

• Payment plans are facilitated using Ezidebit, a secure and reliable payment platform.
• The first installment of the payment plan is due on the day of the first session.
• By agreeing to a payment plan, you authorize Ezidebit to debit the agreed-upon installments from your nominated account or credit card.

4. Package Discounts and Cancellations

• Package discounts are offered based on the completion of the entire package.
• If a client chooses to cancel a package before completing all the sessions, the following conditions apply:
  • All completed sessions will be recalculated at the standard full session price of $270 per session.
  • A cancellation fee of $150 will also be applied.
• Any outstanding balances due to the recalculated session rates and the cancellation fee must be settled immediately upon cancellation.

5. General Terms

• R.G. Hypnotherapy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
• It is the client’s responsibility to stay informed of the terms and conditions prior to booking or continuing with any session or package.
